Shipping Delays, Return and Warranty Policy
Shipping times displayed at checkout are an automated delivery estimator from the carriers, not actual delivery date.
All orders are shipped as soon as they are available, most all our products are stocked and shipped same day as the order is placed, average time for order fulfillment is less than 12 hours. Rebuild and upgrade services are typically a 4-6 week turnaround depending on service volume and requested upgrades (includes injection pump rebuilds, injector sets, turbocharger rebuilds and ceramic coating). Large multi item orders will take longer to fulfill, as well as tank kits which ship in batch orders.
All Injection pump, injectors, turbos and electrical components carry a 5 year, unlimited mile warranty. CDD glow plug harnesses, fabrication and plumbing components carry a lifetime warranty.
All warranty cases are subject to inspection by Classic Diesel Designs to determine a cause of failure, issues caused by incorrect use or installation, improper filtration or abuse are outside the control of the supplier and are not covered in this lifetime warranty.
Classic Diesel Designs is no way liable for damage caused by performance components to existing parts affected by parts that increase the overall performance of these engines, or by incorrect use or installation by the customer. The customer is fully responsible for understanding the product they are purchasing, no refunds without a return will be issued because of the customer's negligence, please contact us if you have any questions about the products, before ordering.
Customers are to return the product within 30 days of receipt. Products must be new, unused, re-sellable with all pieces included. CDD will not accept the return if the product is damaged from attempted install, used. Product information must match that which was sent to the Customer.
All returns are subject to approval and must have an order number attached to the return which must be noted on the outside of the box. A restocking fee of 10% will be incurred on all return shipments and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Missing items including all shipment discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please contact customer service for any questions and assistance.
Upon receipt and successful inspection of your return, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. This also includes the possibility of in-store credit. On occasion, there can be delays with refunds posting to bank accounts, if your refund is taking longer than anticipated please contact your bank, and/or your credit card company as processing times may vary. Credits will be automatically applied to your original chosen payment method on file.
