7.3 IDI NA & Turbo Return Line Kits
There are This is a genuine Delphi return line kit made in the USA and upgraded with our own viton o-rings, designed and tested to perform the best with the current quality dry diesel fuel as well as WMO, WVO, and other kinds of alternate fuels used in IDIs. This kit is the updated "late" 7.3 design, built for 1992-1994 NA & Turbo 7.3 IDIs, and an upgrade for earlier 7.3 IDIs (use premium kit to update to latest design for early 7.3 fuel systems). Each return line kit includes both braided and standard hose options for a total of 12 feet of included fuel hose.
Premium kit includes o ring lube, extra tee's for improved return routing, factory return port plug for filter head bypass issues, heater element delete plug and CDD billet check valve to successfully bulletproof any original 7.3 IDI fuel system.
