CDD -6AN Transmission Cooler Upgrade Kit

Upgrade to our bolt in 6.0 transmission cooler kit for E40D transmission equipped diesel OBS trucks (1989-1997). This kit completely replaces the fragile, tiny hard lines with our billet fittings and -6AN stainless braided lines, complimented with matching -6AN fittings on the cooler itself so that there is no longer a single hose clamp in your entire transmission cooling system. Every connection will now be an AN (Army-Navy) flare style connection without any sealant or hose clamps ever required again! Additionally, our -6AN lines allow for routing of the cooling lines away from the exhaust and will instead run on top of the frame rail, away from heat and debris. 

Every single cooler is individually pressure tested before shipping. 

• This kit eliminates the factory transmission cooler and internal radiator cooler.
• This kit fits with AC and an intercooler kit using factory mounting holes in the radiator support. 
• This kit will not fit gas or superduty trucks, nor will it work for C6 transmissions
